Gimar smoked fishes have exclusive characteristics that make them unique and recognizable from the first mouthful.
Thanks to a slow curing with dry salt, most of humidity is removed so that meats gain at the same time a dense and melting texture.

The smoke from hardwood that are applied next strengthens and gathers natural flavour and is completed with highly complex final aromas.
