The range of 100% Iberico acorn-fed Cinco Jotas (5J) comes from pigs reared extensively in the dehesas of the Iberian Peninsula and fed with acorns during the montanera season. Cinco Jotas (5J) handcrafted all its products in Jabugo. It is characterized for having a powerful and fragrant aroma, with a much-defined luster, and the smooth flavour of a true Cinco Jotas (5J).
With a careful selection of livestock, some with such demanding quality standards as the Committee of Ecological Agriculture or Protected Designation of Origin, begins the work of Selection of Jabugo, combining tradition and technology, preserving the purity and quality.
Its products are made within one of the most emblematic forests of the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche, whose climate and environmental conditions facilitate the curing of the products, in a slow, slow and silent process of artisanal production, making nature determine unique products in the whole world, with an unequalled texture and quality.
